How it works…

Contextual brand reports and customer profiling.

At it’s simplest, Mintelligence lets you see what people say about you. It gives you lists of people who mention you. People who talk about you buy from you. You need to know who they are. We call them your customers. This is interesting, but a hundred apps let you see this.

We then show you what your customer group is interested in. We show you the links that they most commonly share. We find the words, brands and users they mention most often. Not just when they talk about you - but in all their tweets. This lets you see if the customers at your boutique are coke or pepsi types. Do they get their news from the BBC or Fox? Do they say awesome a lot? Did they tweet about MJ? Real time customer profiling.

Is that the interesting part?

Not quite. We want to find you new customers. Once we have your customer profile we want to search for other people who match. We call these your potential customers. So if lots of your customers mention basil soup, lets find everyone else mentioning basil soup - with one click.

We then locate the key influencers over these potential customers. Lets say 40% of our new basil soup list follow @exampletweeter. Lets say @exampletweeter has 183,000 followers. Suddenly you really want to send @exampletweeter a tweet to introduce yourself, offering a discount code for them to tweet to 183,000 potential new customers.

Sounds good - can I try it?

We are in beta at the moment, which means we are scaling in a manageable way, to ensure we maintain our quality levels. To join the beta please complete this form. We are bringing new brands into the beta all the time, so give us as much information as you can to make it easy to see how we can help.
